This report discusses the patient experience of 66 local people across 2018, commenting on the changes made to the Foot Clinic services at Mile End Hospital.

This is a trend analysis report examining important aspects of the services provided by GP surgeries in Tower Hamlets. We have coded and analysed a total of 1,388 issues, from 332 service users, collected between April 2017 - September 2017.
