A Community Insight System (CIS) Trend Analysis Report showing the overall sentiment of how people felt about GP services in Tower Hamlets during the period of 1st July 2024 - 30th June 2025.
The Government has announced that it wants to change the law to:
1. Transfer the work of Healthwatch England to the Department of Health and Social Care.
2. Transfer the work of local Healthwatch services to the NHS and local authorities.

On 25th March 2025, Healthwatch Tower Hamlets attended a Physician Response Unit (PRU) observer shift based at The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, East London.
The observer shift provided an opportunity to witness how the PRU team functions and conducts their off-site consultations of vulnerable patients in their homes.
