Our annual report showcases the grafting the Healthwatch Tower Hamlets team have done to listen to our community's experiences throughout 2020 and 2021. We listened to over 4,000 residents and utilized their stories to improve local health and social care services.

This report examines the experiences of ethnic minority communities in North East London in relation to health care services during the Covid-19 pandemic, in the months of March 2020-October 2021. We analysed aggregated feedback from 1,682 comments.

We conducted a Community Insight System (CIS) research project, analysing the views and experiences of 580 residents in Tower Hamlets who were/are living with a long-term condition/disability.
